Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Delivery times vary depending on the day and time that your order is placed and the amount of processing time needed to fulfill and ship your order. You may receive multiple Shipment Confirmation emails if items are shipped separately. The arrival time of your items depends on your shipping location and order processing time.
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Shipping costs are based on the value of your order. Your total shipping charges will be displayed during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Business days are defined as Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Shipping Rules & Restrictions
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday), excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Your actual shipping and handling cost will be displayed on the Shipping Options page during checkout.
You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bank card immediately upon receiving your order confirmation.
Some orders may ship separately depending on product availability or warehouse processing requirements. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Certain products may require standard ground shipping service due to shipping regulations or carrier restrictions.
