All final sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Respectfully, we may refuse returns for items that have been visibly worn or damaged, or if there appears to be fraud or abuse. Panties cannot be returned if the tag has been removed. Swimsuits cannot be returned if the hygienic liner has been removed.

Q: How do I return my online purchase?

A: To start a return, please contact our customer service team and follow the return instructions provided. If possible, please return items in the original product packaging.

You’ll need to provide the online order number for all items being returned. Your order number can be found on your package address label or packing slip (if included), in your order emails, or in your online account.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
